Introduction

Welcome to Minds in Depth, a membership dedicated to providing knowledge and understanding for parents or carers of children with autism and other cognitive issues. By accessing or using our website or membership site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Minds in Depth.
  • “You,” “Your”: Refers to the user, visitor, or member of our website and services.
  • “Services”: Refers to the educational content, community forums, and other features provided by Minds in Depth.

Membership and Accounts

Registration

To access our membership services, you will be required to register and then maintain your account through the Kourses platform that we use.

  • Option 1: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Kourses will manage your account credentials and related activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Option 2: Alternatively, we may have to manually register accounts for you. In this case, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information to us directly. We will then create and manage your account on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. If you are 16 or 17, you must have parental consent to use our services. Those under 16 are prohibited from using our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice and without refund, if we believe you have violated any terms or engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

Minds in Depth operates under a license to use this content for the purposes of providing educational materials and services to its members.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial and non-organisational purposes in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Any other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works from the content without the prior written consent of Impossible Problems Solved is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification
